Can I book these services one at a time, or only as a package?
Our services are modular. Depending on what you need, you can choose a single step or walk the whole way with us.
Can I come to you without a finished manuscript?
Of course. We also advise and accompany work that is still at the idea stage.
Do I have one person to talk to at every step?
Yes. Your consultant accompanies you personally from beginning to end and shapes the way we work around what you need.
Does editing cover only spelling and grammar?
No. Besides the grammar we look at how coherent the telling is, whether the tone holds together and how the content flows. While your manuscript is being edited you are in regular exchange with us throughout.
Will the cover be agreed with me?
No step moves on without your approval. Depending on the work we present a main design, look at alternatives where that helps, and grant a right to revisions.
How large is the print run, and may I sell my book myself?
The run follows the need; usually a small, flexible run (print-on-demand) is chosen. Part of the printed books goes to you, and you are free to sell them yourself.
In which format is the e-book made, and where does it appear?
As a rule in EPUB and MOBI, and as a PDF on request. The files are prepared for worldwide and local platforms such as Amazon Kindle, Google Books, Kobo and İdefix.
Into which languages do you translate?
Into English first of all, and into further languages on request. How long it takes depends on the length and the language of the text; we name it after the first reading.
